Demonstrations will include sponge diving and processing; making diving helmets, cast nets, mullet nets, sponging equipment, stone crab traps; mullet smoking, oyster shucking, clam farming, boat building; and regional foodways. There will be music and dance performances associated with maritime cultures, as well as interviews with tradition bearers. Free admission.
