Florida oysters in the shell |

ounces hot pepper sauce |

| Preparation |
| Wash oysters thoroughly. Shuck and place oysters
on deep half of shell; remove any
remaining shell particles. Arrange oysters on baking sheet
and top with 1/2 teaspoon of
sauce. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes
or until edges begin to
curl.
