teaspoon steak sauce |

teaspoon Florida lime juice |

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese |

teaspoon fresh dill, minced |

large Florida tilapia fillets |

| Preparation |

| Mix mayonnaise, steak sauce, lime juice, cheese
and dill. Spread generously on both
sides of fillets. Place coated fillets on grill and cook for
3-5 minutes on each side or until
fish flakes easily with a fork.
