pound Florida rock shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined |

ounces soft cream cheese |
| 1/2 |
cup Florida pecans, chopped |
| 1/2 |
cup pineapple, crushed, drained |
| 1/4 |
cup ripe olives, chopped |
| 1 |
tablespoon Florida lime juice |

slices white bread |
| 6 |
slices wheat bread |

butter |

| Preparation |

| Chop rock shrimp. Combine all ingredients except
bread and butter; mix well. Lightly
butter bread. Spread equal amounts of shrimp mixture on 6 slices
of white bread; cover
with remaining slices of wheat bread and cut each sandwich
into 4 pieces diagonally.
