| 2-3 |
garlic cloves, minced |

teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 |
cup butter |

teaspoons sherry |
| 1 |
teaspoon dried chives |
| 1 |
pound Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined |
| 1 |
tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese |

sourdough bread or rolls |

| Preparation |
| In a medium skillet, sauté garlic in butter
until tender. Add shrimp and chives and saute
2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until shrimp is no longer
translucent in the center.
Add salt and sherry; stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp
mixture. Serve warm
with bread or rolls.
