Snappy Shrimp

Ingredients
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
2 teaspoons sherry
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 pound Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  sourdough bread or rolls
 
Preparation
In a medium skillet, sauté garlic in butter until tender. Add shrimp and chives and saute 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until shrimp is no longer translucent in the center. Add salt and sherry; stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp mixture. Serve warm with bread or rolls.

3-4 entrees or 6 appetizer servings
