Roasted Clams with Vinegar Sauce |

| Preparation |
| Place washed clams in a single layer on a roasting
pan or a baking sheet with sides. Roast in a 350-degree F oven
for about 10-12 minutes, depending on size of clams. When clams
open, remove them from oven and serve with cocktail sauce, drawn
butter or the following vinegar dipping sauce. |
