Florida Seafood Recipe
Scallops with Pasta

| Ingredients |
| 1 |
10-ounce package linguine or angel hair pasta |
| 1 |
pound Florida scallops |
| 1 |
small onion, minced |
| 1 |
red bell pepper, cut in strips |
| 2 |
tablespoons butter |
| |
salt to taste |
| |
pepper to taste |
| 1/2 |
cup chopped parsley |
| 3 |
tablespoons capers |
| 1/4 |
cup white wine |
| 3 |
lemons |

Preparation |
Prepare pasta as directed. Cook scallops in
a small amount of water for 5 minutes. Drain and dry.
Cook onion and bell pepper in butter until tender. Add scallops
and saute; until brown. Sprinkle
scallops with salt, pepper, parsley and capers. Add wine.
Serve over pasta. Squeeze fresh lemon
juice on top.
