pound Florida rock shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined |
| 1 |
13-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained |
| 1 |
cup mayonnaise |
| 1/2 |
cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 |
teaspoon Florida lemon juice |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon cayenne pepper |

assorted crackers |

Preparation |

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Finely chop
rock shrimp and artichoke hearts. Mix shrimp,
artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings well.
Place mixture in a 9-inch pie plate or
1-quart shallow baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10
minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve hot with crackers.
