tablespoons minced Florida onion |

| Preparation |
| Place fish on well-oiled broiling pan. Combine spices; apply generously
to fish. Mix onion and garlic; spread over fish. Broil 5-6 inches from source of heat
for 15-20 minutes of until fish flakes easily with a fork.
