pounds Florida hybrid striped bass fillets |
| 1 1/2 |
cups corn flake crumbs |
| 1/4 |
cup vegetable oil |

| Preparation |
| Combine milk and salt. Dip fish into milk and roll in crumbs. Arrange
fillets in single layer in well-oiled baking dish. Drizzle oil over fish. Bake at 500
degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
