1-inch Florida yellowfin tuna steaks, approximately 1 1/4 pound each |

tablespoons olive oil |
| |
sea salt to taste |
| |
coarse pepper to taste |
| |
sesame seeds |
| |
wasabi for dip |
| |
soy sauce for dip |
| |

| Preparation |
Rub tuna steaks with olive oil. Salt and pepper steaks then on
sprinkle sesame seeds. Brown tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes on both sides, being careful
to not overcook. Serve wasabi and soy sauce on the side as dipping sauces.
