Florida Seafood Recipe

Red Chili Lime Cilantro Aioli

Ingredients
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon red chili paste (chipotle)
2 tablespoons fresh Florida lime juice
1 teaspoon Florida lime peel, finely grated
  Florida cilantro, chopped, to taste
  salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Aioli can be made several days in advance.
