Florida Seafood Recipe

Florida Blue Crab Salad

Amount Ingredient
Ingredients  
1 pound Florida lump blue crab meat
  juice of 1 fresh lemon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 ounces capers, drained and rinsed once
  Florida romaine lettuce

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Serve chilled on bed of lettuce.
